Dear Mr. McNutt,

My husband and I recently had an HVAC system installed by your company. I have a health problem causing me to be sensitive to many of the chemicals used in today's new construction. It is my pleasure to tell you that we have good things to say about our experience with McNutt from start to finish.

In choosing a company to install a healthy HVAC system, we decided on McNutt because we felt Rick Bayliss was particularly familiar with ways to create good indoor air quality. We have known him for years and he has helped us numerous times. We have always been appreciative of his expertise. My husband had drafted a letter speaking to his abilities and concern for the particular challenge we faced.

During the process of installing the system, we were fortunate to have Vic and Andrew as our installers. We could not have asked for more considerate people to be working with! They were extremely careful to follow the necessary steps that would keep the system healthy for me. They always asked before doing something that might create a problem. So often in a situation like this, one meets up with workers that don't seem to care how the work is done and especially not to be concerned about my health issues. Vic and Andrew really wanted to do a good job and put care into everything they did.

It is a pleasure to know that the work ethic still is alive at McNutt. I will recommend your company again and again.
