McNutt Service Group is a proud provider of a NCDOL-approved Apprenticeship Program for HVAC Service Technicians and HVAC Installation Mechanics. The four year program is a combination of on-the-job work hours and one night per week of classroom study. In conjunction with Blue Ridge Community College and Wheels of Learning, qualified Apprentices earn a nationally-recognized Journeyman’s Card at the completion of the program.

To date we have graduated six classes for a total of over 40 Apprentices. Graduates of the HVAC program come away with a well-rounded education of the HVAC field and greatly increase their potential for advancement.
